I didn't find this work.
It found me.
I spent years trying to understand why I kept ending
up in the same patterns. On paper, it didn't make sense.
I was self-aware. Capable. I knew what needed to change.
But awareness alone wasn't shifting anything.
What I came to see is that these patterns aren’t just mental. They’re energetic. They’re embedded. And they’re
reflected in the deeper architecture of our lives.
That realization is what led me here.
I’m a Quantum Reiki Master & Teacher, astrologer, certified
life coach, and breathwork and meditation guide.
But more than any certification, I’ve done this work myself.
I know what it takes to move from understanding
a pattern… to actually shifting it.

Where the work
becomes embodied
Some shifts need land. Space. A fire and a circle of women who are in it with you. At our farm, the Medicine Wheel, in Pepperell, MA this is where the deeper containers come to life — seasonal retreats, immersives, and women's circles held in nature.
Beyond the farm, I also host workshops, pop-ups, and collaborative events at select wellness spaces throughout Massachusettes and New Hampshire.
